'I did not urinate in the flight, the elderly woman did', accused Shankar Mishra claims in the court

The matter of urinating on an Air India flight is now going on in the court, after the arrest of the accused Shankar Mishra, arguments are being presented in the court from both sides. The unique thing is that the accused has told in the court that he did not urinate on the woman, but the woman herself urinated. Whose charge was imposed on him? On this, the judge in the court also asked tough questions to the lawyer of the accused Mishra and said that it is not impossible to go from one side to the other on the flight.

The lawyer of the accused gave these arguments

When the hearing started on the matter of urinating on the flight, the counsel for the accused Shankar Mishra argued that it was impossible to reach the woman's seat. Because the woman's seat was blocked. The lawyer also told the court that the woman had urinated on herself because she has an incontinence disease. Arguing behind this, she said that she (a woman) is a Kathak dancer and 80 percent of Kathak dancers have this problem.

The court asked for a seating diagram

After this, the Judge of the Sessions Court remarked that it is not at all impossible that a passenger can go from one side to the other on a flight. I have also traveled in flight and I know that the person sitting in any row can go to any other seat.

Please tell that the Delhi Police has challenged the order of the Magistrate Court in which the court had refused to give custody of the accused Shankar Mishra. Mishra's 7-day police custody was sought by the police. There is an allegation on Shankar Mishra that he urinated near the woman sitting on the other seat in a drunken state. Police say that the custody of the accused is necessary for interrogation and to reach the bottom of the case
